Binnen deze cursus doorlopen ze de hele onderzoekscyclus op basis van 4 opdrachten. Bij voorkeur verzamelen de studenten ook data. Het eindproduct is uiteindelijk een wetenschappelijk artikel (over het algemeen in het Nederlands). De studenten werken in drietallen. Je begeleidt bij voorkeur vijf groepjes van 3. Als begeleider zie je je hele groep tijdens 4 geroosterde bijeenkomsten en maak je tussendoor afspraken met de verschillnde groepjes (eventueel online). Tijdens de laatste bijeenkomst presenteren de studenten hun onderzoek. Een uitgebreide cursushandleiding is aanwezig. The research consortium consists of 22 European partners and 3 international associated partners. You will be based at Utrecht University (UU), working alongside two dedicated Project Managers. A core component of this role is to serve as a bridge to Cardiff University, working in close daily collaboration with P2F\u2019s Senior Public Engagement and Impact Manager who coordinates the overall Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) of P2F. This partnership is vital for aligning our management and outreach teams in Utrecht and Cardiff. Goed onderwijs wordt gegeven door hoog gekwalificeerde docenten, die in staat worden gesteld hun onderwijs te ontwikkelen en innoveren. Bij het departement Psychologie, afdeling <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uu.nl\/organisatie\/klinische-psychologie\">Klinische Psychologie<\/a> van de faculteit Sociale Wetenschappen, is plaats voor een breed inzetbare docent voor een periode van vier jaar met ruimte voor een ontwikkel- en opleidingstraject, waaronder in elk geval het behalen van het BKO (Basis Kwalificatie Onderwijs) certificaat valt.<\/p>\n<p>Kerntaak van de docent is het bijdragen aan het onderwijs in de Nederlandstalige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uu.nl\/bachelors\/psychologie\">bacheloropleiding Psychologie<\/a> (met name in de Klinische Psychologie cursussen) en de Engelstalige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uu.nl\/masters\/en\/clinical-psychology\">masteropleiding Clinical Psychology<\/a>. Het onderwijs bestaat uit het verzorgen van werkgroepen en eventueel colleges bij verschillende (klinische) cursussen, het nakijken van opdrachten en tentamens en eventueel de co\u00f6rdinatie van een cursus. Ook zul je bachelor- of masterthese en\/of (klinische) stages begeleiden binnen de master Clinical Psychology en lever je, binnen het docententeam, een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van de opleiding. Het gaat om cursussen waar klinische kennis wordt aangeboden en waar veel studenten meer over willen weten en waar ze voor het eerst gaan oefenen met klinische vaardigheden. Dat vinden ze vaak heel spannend, maar ook leuk! Als docent draag je de kennis over, stimuleer je het oefenen van vaardigheden en is er ruimte om je eigen ervaring als professional in te zetten. Studenten waarderen dit over het algemeen enorm!<\/p>\n<p>Binnen je aanstelling krijg je opleidingstijd (ongeveer 100 uur per jaar, afhankelijk van de omvang van je aanstelling) om jezelf als docent te ontwikkelen (behalen van de Basis Kwalificatie Onderwijs, BKO), waarbij we voor de nodige begeleiding zorgen. Daarnaast krijg je een coach toegewezen waarbij je terecht kan met bijv didactische vragen. In overleg kun je eventueel ook andere taken gaan uitvoeren, zoals colleges geven, onderwijs mee ontwikkelen of het mede co\u00f6rdineren van een cursus.<\/p>\n<p>De focus van de werkzaamheden ligt in eerste instantie op het verzorgen van werkgroeponderwijs. Naarmate het dienstverband langer duurt komen hier meer verantwoordelijke taken bij zoals het co-co\u00f6rdineren van een cursus, het geven van een of meerdere hoorcolleges en het (door)ontwikkelen van onderwijs en toetsing.<\/p>\n<p>Je taken als docent klinisch onderwijs zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zelfstandig verzorgen van bachelorcursussen, met name in het klinisch onderwijs binnen het curriculum Pedagogische Wetenschappen;<\/li>\n<li>nakijken van opdrachten en tentamens;<\/li>\n<li>surveilleren en aanwezig zijn bij inzages;<\/li>\n<li>verzorgen van een of meerdere hoorcolleges;<\/li>\n<li>bijdrage leveren aan toets- en of onderwijsontwikkeling;<\/li>\n<li>co-coordinatie van een cursus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Om je taken te kunnen uitvoeren zijn er docenthandleidingen beschikbaar en werk je in een docententeam waarin de lessen worden voor besproken en gezamenlijk voorbereid. The ocean supports diverse functions, including biodiversity conservation, carbon sink, energy production, fisheries, aquaculture, transportation, and tourism. Proponents emphasize the benefits of a diversified blue economy for achieving multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Critics, however, contend that the blue economy leads to new territorial and resource conflicts, displacements of coastal communities, and degradation of ecosystems because of the increased infrastructure development. Both arguments fail to recognize that maritime countries such as Indonesia and the Netherlands have been urbanizing, with blue economy development and urbanization processes intricately linked, coshaping urban and blue frontiers in the coastal and offshore spaces.<\/p>\n<p>As urbanization expands the seaward frontier of infrastructure development and blue economy development causes landward flows of materials and people, this project conceptualizes a novel, \u2018urban-ocean\u2019 nexus to assess the impacts of the urban and blue frontier development and to align marine spatial planning and urban planning in coastal and offshore areas. Specifically, the project applies this urban-ocean nexus to coastal and offshore areas of the Makassar Strait in Kalimantan in Indonesia and the North Sea off the Netherlands\u2019 coast. The overall objectives of the project include: (1) to map and assess seaward and landward impacts of urban and blue infrastructure development on coastal and marine environments and territories; (2) to develop and apply a practical model to address the impacts and establish synergies between marine spatial planning and urban planning; and (3) to create a platform of co-creation and exchange of knowledge and experiences between researchers, students, and practitioners to design desirable urban and ocean governance arrangements. Through an inter-and-transdisciplinary approach and based on a well-established Indonesian-Dutch research consortium, this project contributes to multiple SDGs while advancing the Indonesian Vision 2045 and Blue Economy Roadmaps of Indonesia and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>Within this Urban-Ocean Nexus project, the postdoctoral researcher will lead a work package on \u201csocial impacts of the urban-blue frontier expansion in Indonesia and the Netherlands\u201d. The researcher will focus on the issue of social inclusions and the changing water and society relationship due to the urban-blue frontier expansion. The central questions are: how do relations between water and society change, and how can we frame an instrumental understanding of water vis-\u00e0-vis the rights of nature? Furthermore, how does such an emic, cultural understanding of water and vegetation vary among different social groups, and how should they be included in outlining new forms of governance to establish alternative visions of the blue economy? The researcher is expected to perform well in the large international research consortium, both collaboratively and independently while mentoring the project\u2019s PhD researcher and master students who will conduct research within the project.
