Your effectiveness rests on evidence, professional authority and organisational sensitivity rather than on hierarchical position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your responsibilities fall into four areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuous improvement policy and frameworks<\/strong><br \/>Under the direction of the Executive Director Quality &amp; Innovation, you develop and maintain the policies, frameworks and standards that define continuous improvement at RSM and keep them aligned with evolving accreditation requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitoring and reporting<\/strong><br \/>You coordinate RSM\u2019s continuous improvement cycle across programme, portfolio and school levels. You monitor and report on programme maturity and progress of improvement actions to inform senior management and supply the evidence needed for accreditation and external reviews.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guidance and implementation<\/strong><br \/>You guide academic directors and programme teams in meeting and moving beyond RSM\u2019s continuous improvement standards and lead improvement initiatives at different levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other policy dossiers and assignments <\/strong><br \/>You hold a small number of policy topics as longer-term dossiers. You stay informed of developments so that you can act quickly when action is needed. Other topics are assigned ad-hoc, as developments such as new regulation, university- or school-wide policy initiatives or questions from within the school call for them. The dossiers and assignments you cover may change in line with the priorities of the school and the Q&amp;I portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>In both cases, you analyse the implications for RSM, coordinate stakeholder consultations and prepare policy proposals. Het team bestaat uit een teamlead, een business controller, financial controllers, projectcontrollers en financieel medewerkers: een hecht team waarin kennis delen en elkaar versterken vanzelfsprekend is.<\/p>\n<p>In deze functie lever je een bijdrage aan de totstandkoming en uitvoering van het financieel-economische beleid rondom projecten, en zorg je voor de inhoudelijke aansturing en beoordeling van de financi\u00eble vastlegging van feiten die leiden tot de juiste informatievoorziening.<\/p>\n<p>Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opstellen van projectbegrotingen in overleg met de projectleider, inclusief realisatierapportages en prognoses;<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken en signaleren van afwijkingen in de realisatie van projectbudgetten;<\/li>\n<li>Voorbereiden en begeleiden van accountantscontroles;<\/li>\n<li>Inrichten en afwikkelen van projectdossiers;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen en toepassen van interne procedures, wet- en regelgeving en subsidievoorwaarden;<\/li>\n<li>Adviseren van projectleiders en collega's over regelingen, procedures en de inrichting van de projectadministratie;<\/li>\n<li>Verzamelen, analyseren en presenteren van stuurinformatie over de voortgang en prestaties van projecten;<\/li>\n<li>Actief meedenken over en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen het team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je rapporteert aan de teamlead en werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en je collega's binnen Finance &amp; Management (ESHPM). Het promotieonderzoek wordt gezamenlijk uitgevoerd met de afdeling Viroscience van Erasmus MC, waarbij expertise in beleid, governance en planetary health wordt verbonden met kennis over infectieziekten en klimaatgerelateerde gezondheidsrisico\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Klimaatverandering heeft directe en indirecte gevolgen voor gezondheid. Tegelijkertijd kunnen maatregelen voor klimaatadaptatie en -mitigatie nieuwe gezondheidsrisico\u2019s \u00e9n gezondheidsvoordelen met zich meebrengen. Zo kunnen keuzes rond waterbeheer, vergroening of ruimtelijke inrichting bijvoorbeeld invloed hebben op infectieziekterisico\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Dit vraagt om beleid waarin gezondheid niet als afzonderlijk domein wordt benaderd, maar systematisch wordt meegewogen in klimaat-, ruimtelijk en milieubeleid. Juist die integrale beleidsvorming staat in dit promotieonderzoek centraal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project CINPHIA<\/strong><br \/>Dit promotieproject is onderdeel van het CINPHIA-project (Co-creation and Integration of Planetary Health Impact Assessment in Policy Practice) wordt gefinancierd vanuit de Nationale Wetenschapsagenda (NWO). De komende vijf jaar ontwikkelt het CINPHIA consortium een Planetair GezondheidsKompas om de impact van beleid te versterken. Deze zal bestaan uit een ge\u00efntegreerd Kenniskompas, een Kompas voor beleid, en een publiekskompas. CINPHIA (Co-creating and Integrating Planetary health Impact Assessment into policy practice) bestaat uit onderzoekers van WUR, UVA, RIVM, EUR, EMC, InHolland, KWR en Waag Futurelab; beleidsmakers van lokale, provinciale en landelijke overheden; burgerinitiatieven en maatschappelijke stakeholders. In concrete beleidscases toetst en verbetert CINPHIA gezamenlijk het Kompas voor beleid dat de gezondheid van mens en planeet beschermt en herstelt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouw onderzoek binnen CINPHIA<\/strong><br \/>Binnen CINPHIA richt jouw promotieonderzoek zich specifiek <em>op infectieziekterisico\u2019s in de context van klimaatbeleid.<\/em> Je onderzoekt hoe deze risico\u2019s worden meegenomen in klimaatadaptatie- en mitigatiebeleid op verschillende bestuursniveaus en waar kansen liggen om gezondheid beter te integreren in beleidsvorming.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast werk je samen met onderzoekers, beleidsmakers en professionals aan de verdere ontwikkeling, toepassing en evaluatie van de CINPHIA-aanpak. Je onderzoekt hoe het Planetair GezondheidsKompas kan helpen om bedoelde en onbedoelde gezondheidseffecten van klimaatbeleid vroegtijdig zichtbaar te maken en<\/p>\n<p>Je combineert kwalitatieve en mixed-methods onderzoeksmethoden binnen een realist evaluation-raamwerk. Erkennen &amp; Waarderen) om het bewustzijn te vergroten van, ondersteuning te faciliteren op, en institutionele activiteiten (direct en indirect) met betrekking tot open science op elkaar af te
