Met ruim 39.000 studenten en 4.200 medewerkers werken we dagelijks aan talentontwikkeling, innovatie en maatschappelijke impact.<\/p>\n<p>Onze gebouwen vormen het fundament onder goed onderwijs, onderzoek en ontmoetingen in Rotterdam. De komende jaren staan we voor omvangrijke vastgoed- en huisvestingsopgave. We verduurzamen, renoveren en optimaliseren onze gebouwen en het ruimtegebruik, terwijl we tegelijkertijd de vastgoedportefeuille gecontroleerd terugbrengen. Dat vraagt om een organisatie die betrouwbaar presteert vandaag \u00e9n voorbereid is op morgen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor deze uitdagende opgave zoeken wij een manager Huisvesting &amp; Techniek die zorgt voor rust en overzicht en een professionele organisatie met betrekking tot het beheer en onderhoud van onze gebouwen. Je bent een stevige en verbindende leider die overzicht houdt, weet wat er buiten en binnen de hogeschool speelt, prioriteiten stelt en zorgt dat plannen gerealiseerd en geborgd worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, toekomstbestendige en goed functionerende leer- en werkomgeving voor onze studenten, collega\u2019s en maatschappelijke partners van de hogeschool.<\/p>\n<p>Als Manager Huisvesting en Techniek geef jij leiding aan de uitvoering van de technische- en huisvestingsopgave van Hogeschool Rotterdam. Samen met je team, bestaande uit circa19 professionals, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continu\u00efteit van onze dienstverlening en voor de realisatie van onderhouds-, huisvesting-, en vastgoedprojecten binnen de vastgestelde strategische en financi\u00eble kaders.<\/p>\n<p>Met deze teams zorg je voor een veilige, goed functionerende, duurzame en energie effici\u00ebnte gebouwen\/omgevingen. Waarin onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering optimaal kunnen plaatsvinden. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering, stuurt op (financi\u00eble) resultaten en zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking tussen gebruikers, leveranciers en andere interne en externe stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>De strategische keuzes rondom de vastgoedportefeuille worden binnen de dienst VeF (Vastgoed &amp; Facilitair) voorbereid door de afdeling Vastgoedstrategie en Portefeuillemanagement. Jij vertaalt deze keuzes naar een professionele en beheerste uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten, onderhoudsprogramma's en technische vraagstukken succesvol worden gerealiseerd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat ga je verder doen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je geeft integraal leiding aan de teams Beheer &amp; Onderhoud, uitvoerend advies en projecten.<\/li>\n<li>Je borgt het planmatig en dagelijks onderhoud (MJOP) van onze locaties.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van vastgoed- en huisvestingsprojecten tot circa \u20ac 20 miljoen, binnen vastgestelde scope, planning en budget.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent opdrachtgever voor deze projecten binnen de door het College van Bestuur vastgestelde strategische en financi\u00eble kaders.<\/li>\n<li>Je onderhoudt een werkrelatie met programmamanagers van grote renovatieprojecten waarin jij verantwoordelijk bent voor afstemming en uitvoeringsovergangen.<\/li>\n<li>Je levert structureel inzicht in risico\u2019s, voortgang, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid en escaleert waar nodig via de geldende Governance.<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt nauw samen met de programmamanager Vastgoedstrategie &amp; Portefeuillemanagement; de manager Facilitair &amp; Operationele Veiligheid en manager Inkoop &amp; Contractmanagement (ICM) en de directeur Vastgoed, Facilitair &amp; Inkoop<\/li>\n<li>Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van huisvesting &amp; techniek door onder meer het implementeren van waarde- en risico gestuurd assetmanagement.<\/li>\n<li>Je maakt deel uit van het MT VeF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Extra context <\/strong><br \/>Hogeschool Rotterdam maakt een forse vastgoedtransitie door. De vastgoedportefeuille krimpt de komende jaren, het gebruik van ruimte intensiveert en de focus verschuift van 'stenen beheren' naar 'leeromgevingen mogelijk maken'. Dat klinkt mooi Rotterdams en dat is het ook, maar het betekent tegelijk dat er de komende jaren zwaar en uitdagend werk te verzetten is. Hogeschool Rotterdam staat voor een ambitieuze en dus stevige vastgoedopgave:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>een effici\u00ebnter gebruikte en kleiner wordende portefeuille;<\/li>\n<li>meerdere grote renovaties in voorbereiding of uitvoering;<\/li>\n<li>een begroting in herstel;<\/li>\n<li>en een afdeling die de afgelopen jaren veel veranderingen heeft doorgemaakt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De volledige renovatie van de hoogbouw aan het Museumpark is nu het grootst lopende bouwproject. Daarnaast staan er twee omvangrijke renovaties gepland en het in beheer nemen van de Onderwijslocatie Laan op Zuid. Het intensiever gebruiken van onze panden vraagt wat van jouw teams en krachtig, stabiel en zorgvuldig leiderschap aan de uitvoerende kant. De voorkeur gaat uit naar een nieuwe collega die ruime ervaring heeft met het onderzoeken en behandelen van pati\u00ebnten met musculoskeletale (pijn-)klachten en die een baan in het onderwijs wil combineren met een baan in een eerstelijns praktijk. Ervaring in het beroep is een must, ervaring in het onderwijs is een pr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Als docent verzorg je onderwijs voor studenten Fysiotherapie. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met het:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coachend begeleiden van bijeenkomsten waarin studenten werken aan fysiotherapeutische vaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>Verzorgen van lessen op gebied van methodisch fysiotherapeutisch handelen;<\/li>\n<li>Individueel begeleiden en coachen van studenten;<\/li>\n<li>In teamverband werken aan de kwaliteit van het onderwijs;<\/li>\n<li>Het onderhouden van contacten met het beroepenveld onder andere door het begeleiden van stages of studentprojecten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instituut voor Gezondheidszorg (IvG)<\/strong><br \/>Bij Hogeschool Rotterdam vallen alle gezondheidsgerelateerde opleidingen onder het Instituut voor Gezondheidszorg (IvG). Hier vind je een breed aanbod aan bachelor- en masteropleidingen. Het instituut is verbonden aan een modern kenniscentrum. Je geeft leiding aan een groeiend team van momenteel twaalf communicatieprofessionals en je hebt een heldere, eigen visie op reputatiemanagement en de rol die communicatie daarin speelt. Je adviseert het College van Bestuur en andere stakeholders over strategische communicatievraagstukken en weet daarbij visie en praktijk goed met elkaar te verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Je draagt samen met je team vanuit verschillende expertises bij aan de strategische koers en ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Vanuit de Strategische Agenda werk je samen aan uiteenlopende organisatie brede opgaven, zoals de profilering als kennisinstelling, opgavegericht onderwijs over disciplines heen, studentsucces, digitalisering, de lerende organisatie, diversiteit &amp; inclusie en vastgoed.<\/p>\n<p>Ook heeft het team expertise in reputatiemanagement, crisiscommunicatie, issuemanagement, woordvoering en bestuursprofilering. Als leidinggevende sta je naast je team en werk je inhoudelijk mee.
