For the ITI department Datacenter Global Services we are looking for a

System Engineer (based in Eindhoven)

Role & responsibilities
You are responsible for daily operations support within the team Datacenter Global Services (Event Management, workload Management, Monitoring, Recovery, Datacenter Management and Application Deployment). In this divers role you are responsible for handling service calls, changes, problems and testing.

Do you have?
- Bachelor degree in IT or comparable execution level.
- 1-3 years working experience in Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of customer and service oriented working.
- Good knowledge of ICT processes (ITIL based).
- Basic OS Knowledge: Windows 2003.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Substantial knowledge of related operational tools.
- Preferable knowledge in one of the following areas (SQL 2000/2005, BizTalk 2006, scripting).
