IT Service Manager EMEA

We are looking for an:

IT Service Manager
for the EMEA office in Son en Breugel (Eindhoven area)

Basic function:

• Develop, lead and motivate a team of 3 to 7 IT support professionals to deliver excellent technical and non-technical support.
• Focus on outstanding customer service, user satisfaction and timeliness within the organization's budget.
• Interact frequently with customers, direct reports, department peers, and vendors to ensure the needs of Össur EMEA technology users are met.
• Participate as a local representative in the global IT infrastructure team.
• Ensure that the local IT infrastructure within Össur EMEA functions both efficiently and reliably on a day-to-day basis and alert the global responsible person in each area when needed.

Principal accountabilities:

• Lead the delivery of IT Service for Össur EMEA.
• Ensure proper IT equipment and software towards employees.
• Actas the liaison between local and global functions.

 Profile of the suitable candidate:

• Bachelor/Master degree.
• Significant experience in the use of an industry recognized Help Desk software application.
• At least 3 years experience working as a Help Desk professional and leading a team.
• Working knowledge of Cisco routers and switch administration, active directory, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, firewall/NAT, VPN, network security, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and 2008, Virtualization platforms.
• Likes to work in an international, changing environment on both operational and tactical level.
• Willing to travel within Europe.
• Excellent Dutch, English and preferably French communication- and strong influencing skills.
